Personal Development
Stress, overload and burnout cost the UK economy alone, 3.7 billion pounds every year. Clearly prevention prevention and self help are better than cure. The personal price paid by individuals cannot be easily quantified We believe that one of the fundermental difficulties with modern life is that many of us think of ourselves as a 'one thing' and try to handle the overdose of requirements coming our way from one set of faculties, skills and capabilities. People are indeed complex beings with a huge array of natural skills and capabilities suited for different requirements and purposes. When unaware of these, we place unnecessary burden on the 'wrong player' by expecting them to accomplish a task they are not trained or designed to fulfil. We help to alleviate the feeling of stress, overload, loss of control and inability to handle the relentless demands of life in the 21st century. The consequences of which are improved performance, leadership of self and others and greater well-being.
