General Terms and Conditions
By using this website you accept the terms of this privacy statement, the copyright statement and the terms and conditions on this website.
All funds, regardless of the payment method, must be cleared prior to attending a course.
ATC accepts all major credit cards except for American Express.
Credit card payments will incur a 3% handling charge.
Course places will only be reserved once full payment is received.
Payments are fully refundable if at least 14 days notice is given to ATC.
Cancellation with between 13 and 8 days notice will incur a charge of 50% of the course cost.
Cancellation with 7 days notice or less will result in a charge of the full fee.
Alteration of the date of a course will incur a £25 charge to cover administration costs.
Candidates are responsible for informing ATC of any special need requirement or medical condition that requires treatment or attention.
Any candidate unable to attend or leaving a course prematurely, for reasons beyond their control, will be booked onto another course subject to mutual agreement.
ATC reserve the right to refuse a candidate entry onto a course.
ATC reserve the right to remove a candidate from a course, with no refund of course fees, if they misuse alcohol and/or prohibited drugs.
ATC accept no liability for accidents, injuries or loss of possessions caused by a candidate’s negligence.
ATC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course, resulting in either a full refund or alternative dates being offered.
