The BIIAB Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders, has been specifically designed to meet the statutory requirements of the Licensing Act 2003. The Act states that anyone authorising the retail sale of alcohol will have to hold a personal licence, and that in order to qualify for a personal licence, an applicant must hold a relevant licensing qualification. |
